Clean, ac and bathroom was working fine. Though our room was beside the street it wasn't noisy at all. Great location, very near to the sea, walking distant cut thru a mall had many great shots of sunset,plenty to eat within the area 👌 10 mins walk to the jetty (island hopping)

I would like to thank the technician staff who helped me towards the stay as I need a room with stable internet access due to my nature of work. THey help me and find a suitable room for me . Other than that the room is perfectly located in the center of Kota Kinabalu, walking distance to almost all the important area, even there is a bank nearby.

Spacious and big room. There are two separate bedroom for 4 persons. Even though it's an old hotel but maintenance is good. Very clean. Location is good, near to malls and food.

The front desk lady was super nice. The location is perfect, right by the market, the port and the mall. All walking distance The room, especially the bathroom, had just been renovated. Comfy bed

The location is at the centre of the city. Near to Wisma Merdeka and Suria Mall, Gaya Sunday Market, KK Waterfront, Filipino Market.
